Currently we are only offering a pickup from warehouse service. This service is free, and collection can normally be arranged within 24 hours of order. A confirmation email detailing the collection address (In Smithfield NSW) will be sent once the order is ready to collect. Collection hours are between 8am – 2pm Monday to Friday.

Please ensure you arrive in a suitable vehicle to collect your order and you provide adequate strapping to secure your load. 

Please ensure you are aware of our Vehicle Loading Policy prior to collection.

• Manual loading of the vehicle is the driver’s responsibility.
• Your order may only be collected in full or at a minimum of one full pallet at a time.
• Pallets of flooring will only be loaded onto tray top utilities or trucks with clear unhindered forklift access.
• Pantech style trucks and barn door vans will require restraining points suitable for securing the pallet to be forklift loaded otherwise they will need to be manually self-loaded.
• Style side utilities and top hinged door vans cannot be forklift pallet loaded and will need to be manually self-loaded.
